Members of the Association for Corporate Growth chapter of Louisiana (ACG Louisiana) and the Acadiana Chief Financial Officers Roundtable (Acadiana CFO Roundtable) are hosting a networking luncheon and seminar entitled:
Raising Capital in Louisiana-The Current State of Affairs and Outlook for 2011.
ACG Louisiana facilitates the networking of business professionals across Louisiana and surrounding areas.
The Acadiana CFO Roundtable, hosted by the Moody College of Business at UL comprises of the CFOs of the 50 largest companies in Acadiana.
Speakers for the upcoming luncheon include:
Scott T. Whittaker, President of Stone Pigman Walther & Wittman. Mr. Whittaker currently chairs the firm’s Business section including buying, selling and merging companies.
Les Alexander, Managing Director with Fairway Capital. Mr. Alexander is an experienced venture capitalist and private equity investor based in New Orleans.
Ms. G. F. Gay LeBreton of Chaffe & Associates. Ms. LeBreton specializes in mergers and acquisitions and brings over 16 years experience in valuation of companies, takeover defense and capital planning for the firm’s clients.
The luncheon is to be held Wednesday, January 19th from 11:30 to 1:00pm at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, 2010 Kaliste Saloom Road in Lafayette. Cost of the luncheon is $50.00.
