Marketing Senior Annie Briley named Outstanding Graduate for College of Business

Annie Briley is the Fall 2015 outstanding graduate for both the College and the Department of Marketing and Hospitality Management at the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration.

Completing her degree in three and a half years with a 4.0 cumulative GPA, Briley has been recognized on the President’s List six times. She is a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and is a recipient of the UL Lafayette Foundation Scholarship.

Briley is also an active participant in several University organizations. She served as the SGA Big 3 Vice President, President of the Gamma Kappa Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority, and the Lyceum Committee. She is also the founding president of the student chapter for the American Marketing Association.

Along with her service to the university, Briley was selected as the Outstanding Sisterhood Enrichment Team Leader for Kappa Delta sorority. She was also honored as the university’s 2015 Homecoming Queen.

After graduation, Briley hopes to pursue her master’s degree in business administration from UL Lafayette beginning in the spring of 2015. Her ultimate goal is to work in the Disney World offices and own a local business selling repurposed furniture and recycled clothing.
