Makayla Dean named Moody Business Spring 2021 Outstanding Management Graduate

Makayla Dean is the Spring 2021 Department of Management Outstanding Graduate for the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration. She is a management major with a 3.6 GPA.
Dean has been on the President’s and Dean’s List. She is the recipient of the Frank S. Hebert, Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship. Dean has been a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, UL Lafayette Society for Human Resource Management, and Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management.
Her community service activities include volunteering with Acadiana Animal Aid.
After graduation, Dean plans to gain experience in office management in Lafayette.
She is the daughter of Bobby and Becky Dean of Duson, La.
